Is internal examination always needed?
No. It is offered, explained, and only done with your explicit consent. Many plans progress without one.
When can I start postnatal physio?
Gentle assessment from 6 weeks post-vaginal or 8 weeks post-Caesarean. Earlier if cleared by your OB.
